Awards for Libby and Sage

Sage is wearing a light blue shirt and Libby is to her left in white.

Our Elementary school has an awards assembly about three times a year. They separate the children by grade level, so it only lasts about 20 minutes. We are proud of our girls for wanting to do well in school.

Awards

On Monday, Sage and Libby received awards, their last as 1st graders. On Tuesday, Perry received some as well, his last at Tincher. Next year, he will be at Hill Classical Middle School. We are so proud of all 3 of them for working so hard at school. Most of the awards are not for being the best, they are for trying. That is except for one of them Perry received: Presidential award for Excellence. He scored high on state tests as well as receiving high grades. It is from the White House and he gets a letter from the President.

How cool is that?
